【Abstract】 The article have mainly described that how to set up the chromatography condition and pretreatment method about separating gibberellin GA3 by highperformance liquid chromatography in Kuerle Pear.By experiment,we have defined the line relationship with gibberellin GA3 by HPLC,and the influence of column temperature on GA3 separation status,max absorb wavelength,and so on.Some scientific foundations were provided for determining gibberellin GA3 by HPLC.更多还原
