【Abstract】 American ginseng was respectively dried at five constant temperature,26℃,32℃,38℃,44℃ and 50℃ by heating air and ventilating way, and at varing temperature by Far infrared radiation way.The effect of different drying temperature and methods on the drying rate and quality of outward appearance was investigated.The results showed: The quality of drying American ginseng at the five constant temperature by heating air and ventilating way was inferior to the quality at varing temperature by far infrared radiation way.更多还原
