恒温热风和变温远红外干燥西洋参的对比研究

【摘要】 采用 2 6℃、32℃、38℃、4 4℃和 50℃恒温热风和远红外变温干燥西洋参 ,探讨了不同温度和方法对西洋参干燥速度和外在质量的影响。结果表明 :用上述 5个温度恒温热风干燥西洋参不如变温远红外条件下干燥的西洋参质量好。

【Abstract】 American ginseng was respectively dried at five constant temperature,26℃,32℃,38℃,44℃ and 50℃ by heating air and ventilating way, and at varing temperature by Far infrared radiation way.The effect of different drying temperature and methods on the drying rate and quality of outward appearance was investigated.The results showed: The quality of drying American ginseng at the five constant temperature by heating air and ventilating way was inferior to the quality at varing temperature by far infrared radiation way.
