【摘要】 根据鹿茸的组织结构 ,阐明了锯茸时出血特点 :收取初角茸时呈渗出状出血 ;收取二杠茸时呈线状出血 ;收取三杈茸和怪角茸时呈喷射状出血 ,并且有节律地进行搏动。出血量则随着鹿茸的产量和茸围的增加而增多 ,但是当收取茸围为 2 0 .3± 0 .6cm的怪角茸时却不存在着这种明显的相关关系。同一茸形不同年龄的鹿 ,因茸重、茸围的不同出血亦有差别。锯茸时由于茸皮下和茸髓质的动脉、静脉血管被横断 ,还可能发生纵断 ,血流较急 ,它不同于一般的血管损伤 ,止血时又不能采用钳夹、结扎血管断端的方法控制血流 ,烧烙法也不适宜 ,因此研究锯茸止血机理时重要的是机械性止血 ,同时应有利于创面的愈合 ,对鹿茸的再生长无任何不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the structure of hartshorn tissue,this passage accounts the highspot of sawing hartshorn hemorrhage.As sawing the first hartshorn,its hemorrhage show itself exudative;sawing two-tine hartshorn,the hemorrage like a line,Sawing three-tine hartshorn,the hemorrhage like spout and pulsate rhythmically.The quantity of the hemorrhage increase with the growth of the hartshorn and becoming thick and big of the blood-vessel under skin of the hartshorn in the nucleus.The more hartshorn yield,the more hemorrhage.With the growth of hartshorn perimeter yield become more and more.But when the perimeter is 20.3±0.6cm of the strange hartshorn,it is not so.At the same hartshorn shape but the different age,its hemorrage is different with different hartshorn weight and permeter .As sawing the hartshorn,because the arteria and vein under the skin of the hartshorn are cut breadthways,the blood-vessel in the nuclus may be cut longitudinal,it is different form the other lesion of blood-vessel,the blood stream is express,stopping the blood can not use hemostat;according to the highspot of hartshorn growth and physiology,burn is not adaptive.So in the research on sawing hartshorn stopping the blood,the most important is stopping the blood with machinery.Meanwhile,the stopping blood is good for the wound tissue heal,and no bad effect to the hartshorn regrowth.更多还原
