【摘要】 用CDV弱毒、CPV弱毒、CAV - 2型弱毒和ERA弱研制成功了犬用四联疫苗。该四联疫苗安全可靠 ,免疫原性强 ,免疫期 6个月以上。室温可保存 1d ,4℃可保存 2周 ,- 2 0℃可保存 6个月。该四联疫苗免疫剂量为 3ml/只 ,CDV、CPV、CAV- 2型和ERA弱毒疫苗效价为 1 0 6.0 ～ 1 0 7.5 ,现场应用 30万只犬 ,抗体阳转率 90 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modified CDV,CPV,CAV-2 and ERA were used to prepare dog four combination vaccine.Vaccination experiments showed that the vaccine was safety,its immunologenicity was high,the immune period was up to six mouths.The vaccine could be stored at 4℃ for 2 weeks,at-20℃ for six months,the immune dosage of the vaccine was 3ml.The titers of modified vaccine CDV,FPV,CAV-2 and ERA were 10 6.0 ～10 7.5 ,the vaccine was used in above three hundred thousand dogs,the antibody converting ratio was up to 90%.更多还原
