【Abstract】 This compisition discusses because of the government limit on taxi amount, there exists economy rent in the taxi industry. The efficient distribute way of economy rent is turning it to the finance, this is the rewardful use of the management license plate. The current way is to invite public bidding, but in this interim, the way above doesn’t do.
