【摘要】 目的 :为了进一步了解绝经后妇女心脏收缩功能及泵血功能的变化及尼尔雌醇对其心脏收缩功能及泵血功能的影响。方法 :采用超声多普勒诊断仪测定 2 4例育龄妇女、绝经后妇女及口服尼尔雌醇不同时期 ( 3及 1 2个月 )各 3 0例的心脏血流动力学参数。结果 :与育龄妇女比较 ,绝经后妇女反映心脏收缩功能及泵血功能的多项指标发生不利变化。左心室后壁运动幅度、平均左心室周径缩短率、室间隔增厚率、每次心搏量、每分钟心输出量及心脏指数明显减少 ( P<0 .0 5) ,左心室短轴缩短率 ,左心室后壁增厚率及射血分数也明显减少 ( P<0 .0 1 )。服用尼尔雌醇后上述指标变化均显著好转 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :绝经后妇女服用尼尔雌醇前心脏收缩功能及泵血功能明显减退 ,而服用该药后其相应功能得到明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the changes of the cardiac contractive and blood pump functions, and the effects of nilestriol on these cardiac functions in postmenopausal women. Method: The cardiac hemodynamic parameters were measured by colour Doppler echocardiography in 24 healthy reproductive women, and in 30 healthy postmenopausal women before nilestriol therapy and 3 months, 12 months after the estrogen replacement therapy. Results: There were bad changes in the most of hemodynamic parameters in postmenopausal women before estrogen (nilestriol) replacement therapy, and there were good influences on the cardiac hemodynamic parameters after the therapy. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that the nilestriol might strengthen cardiac function in postmenopausal women whose cardiac function was bad before nilestriol treatment.更多还原
