【Abstract】 Quzhou is one of the richest area growing the rare and endangered plants in Zhejiang province.It is now known that there are 12 families, 19 genus,22 species,of which 3 species belong to first grade of protected plants and 19 species belong to second grade of protected plants. The floristic composition and biology characteristic of the rare and endangered plants in Quzhou are analyzed.
