【摘要】 目的 :研究速效溃结散的药理作用。方法 :采用乙酸造成大鼠溃疡性结肠炎、番泻叶致小鼠腹泻及组织胺引起豚鼠肠道平滑肌收缩的模型 ,观察速效溃结散的药理作用。结果 :速效溃结散对乙酸造成的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有很好的疗效 ,对番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻产生明显的止泻作用 ,并能竞争性地拮抗过敏介质组织胺引起的豚鼠肠道平滑肌收缩。结论 :速效溃结散具有良好的抗溃疡性结肠炎、止泻及抗过敏作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study pharmacologic effects of Quick acting Kuijie Powder (QAKJP). Methods: The rat model of ulcerative colitis was induced by acetic acid, the mouse model of diarrheal was established by taken Folium Sennae and the constriction of intestinal smooth muscle in guinea was prepared with histamine, the pharmacologic effects of QAKJP were observed by above models. Results: QAKJP produced the obvious therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis in rat induced acetic acid, had significant antidiarrheal action on the mouse taken Folium Sennae and antagonist effect on the constriction of intestinal smooth muscle in guinea prepared with allergic mediator histamine. Conclusion: QAKJP had good effects on ulcerative colitis, and antidiarrheal and antiallergic actions.更多还原
