【摘要】 目的 :从免疫学方面探讨中药枸杞抗γ射线辐射的作用。方法 :用 10 0 %枸杞水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后测定骨髓细胞增殖反应、淋巴细胞转化率、巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果 :用药组对以上免疫学指标均有显著增强作用 ,与照射组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。未见有副作用。结论 :口服枸杞有明显抗γ射线辐射作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the function of LBL against radiation of γ ray from the viewpoint of immunology.Methods:We filled the stomaches of mice with 100% water extract of LBL regularly and tested the proliferation reaction of bone marrow, the rate of lymphocyte transformation, the phagocytosis function of macrophage.Results:The immunity index above increased significantly in LBL group. Compared with the radiation group, the difference is very obvious ( P < 0.001 ). No side effect appeared.Conclusion:Taking LBL orally has an obvious function against radiation of γ ray.更多还原
