【摘要】 目的 :用反相高效液相色谱 (RP- HPL C)法测定多动安口服液中芍药苷含量。方法 :经大孔吸附树脂处理后 ,进样分析。结果 :芍药苷在 0 .2 32～ 2 .0 88μg(r=0 .9999)范围内呈线性 ,平均加样回收率为 98.11% ,变异系数为 1.84。结论 :实验方法简便、可靠、重现性好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To use a RP-HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Duodongan Oral Solution.Methods:The sample was prepared by macroporous resin DA201.Results:Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.232～2.088 μg and corelation coefficient was 0.999 9. The average recovery of added sample was 98.11%( n =5), RSD was 1.84.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reproducible.更多还原
