【摘要】 目的 :观察连续直肠给予赛霉安散对家兔所产生的毒性反应。方法 :对家兔进行直肠给药 2 8d的长期毒性试验。结果 :给药结束和停药 18d后 ,家兔行为体征、生长发育正常。重要脏器指数、血常规和血液生化指标均为正常。心、肝、脾、肺、肾等主要脏器病理切片检查未发现异常。结论 :赛霉安散直肠长期给药无明显刺激性和毒性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the toxic reaction to rabbit when give Saimeian Powder continuously. Methods:The toxicity test had been taken for four weeks. Results:The results showed that the behavior, physical sign, growing development, major organ index, blood routine examination and blood biochemical criterion of rabbits were normal. The major organs of hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, and kidneys were not found abnormity on pathological section after stopping medicine and eighteen days later.Conclusion:Saimeian powder is revealed to be no distinct toxic and stimulant.更多还原
