【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of ferulic acid, a major active constituent in Angelical sinensis , before and after its being irradiated by 60 Co γ rays. Methods:HPLC method was employed and ferulic acid was used as control . Results:No marked change in the content of ferulic acid was found before and after irradiation. Conclusion:It’s feasible to store Angelical sinensis under the irradiation of 60 Co.更多还原
