【摘要】 目的 :观察复方螺旋藻片 (SCT)对小鼠实验性肝损伤的影响。方法 :采用 CCl4、乙醇及 D-半乳糖胺 (D- Gal N)急性中毒模型为研究对象。结果 :SCT能降低中毒小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)活性 ,降低肝脏 MDA的生成。结论 :SCT对小鼠实验性肝损伤有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Spirulina Compound tablet (SCT) on experimental liver injury in mice.Methods:Taking acute liver injured mice model induced by CCl 4, ethanol and D galactamine (D GalN) as the subject, to observe the related indexes.Results:SCT could obviously decrease the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and the content of MDA in the liver of the mice.Conclusion:It is suggested that SCT may have the protection effect on experimental liver injury in mice.更多还原
