【Abstract】 People in these natural state seem to be in a kind of hostility while the sensible life requires that people abide by the law of nature. This sort of order can only be maintained by such supreme authorities as Leviathan. Should no authorities like this exist in the international community,it will be in a state of anarchist conflict. So each and every country can do nothing but pursue power so as to secure social security. The modern realistic international relationship is based on this thought. This paper will discuss "The law of nature" by Thomas Hobbes as well as the theory of international conflict.更多还原
