【摘要】 目的　探讨影响药物流产的因素。　方法　对我院门诊收治非病理性原因要求终止妊娠 6 5 5例 ,从孕周、孕次胚囊直径与成功率三方面进行分析。　结果　孕次与成功率无关。孕周小于 5 0 d成功率 91% ,大于 5 0 d成功率 80 % ,胚囊直径以 2 0 mm为界成功率无差异 ,大于 2 5 mm成功率 6 1.5 % ,在 2 0～ 2 5 mm时成功率最高 ,占 96 .6 %。　结论　药物流产成功率与孕周、胚囊直径有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors for successful medical abortion. Methods 655 women requesting an abortion for non-pathological reasons were analysed for relations between successful abortion rate and gestational age, gestational period, diameter of embryo sac. Result There was no relation between gestational times and the successful abortion rate. The success rate for women with <50 day’s gestation was 91%, and that of those with > 50 day’s gestation was 80%. The success rate for women whose diameter of embryo sac >25 mm was 61.5%, and that of those whose diameter of embryo sac between 20～25 mm was the highest:96.6%. Conclusion The success rate of medical abortion is related to gestational age and the diameter of embryo sac.更多还原
