【摘要】 目的　了解无细胞百白破混合制剂 (新 DPT)的接种反应情况。　方法　在西安市碑林、新城、莲湖区 ,按统一调查方案 ,对新 DPT和百白破混合制剂 (老 DPT)免疫接种反应进行前瞻性调查。　结果　在基础免疫方面、新 DPT接种后总反应率为 2 .6 % ,老 DPT总反应率为 17.5 % ;在加强免疫接种方面 ,新 DPT总反应率为 5 .8% ,老 DPT总反应率为4 7.0 8% ,新 DPT的基础、加强免疫接种反应明显低于老 DPT(P<0 .0 1)。　结论　新 DPT是我国目前安全可靠的换代产品 ,是预防百日咳、白喉、破伤风的首选制品更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand the vaccination reaction of new type DPT. Methods According to the unified investigation scheme,a persepective investigation on vaccination reaction of the two type DPT(old and new type)was carried out. Result In aspect of basic immunization,the total reaction rate to new type DPT was 2.6%,that to the old type was 17.5%.In aspect of booster vaccination,the total reaction rate to new type DPT was 5.8%,47.08%to the old type.In both basic and booster immunization,the vaccination reaction to new-type DPTwas significantly lower than that to the old one(P<0 01). Conclusion New-type DPT is a safe and dependable replacement of the old-type DPT in China at present.It is of the first priority in prevention against pertussis,diphtheria and tetnus.更多还原
