【摘要】 目的 :观察小型钛板对下颌骨骨折的治疗效果。方法 :应用小型钛板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折 45例 ,对术后伤口愈合情况、咬合关系、张口度、张口型、体重等进行了观察。结果 :术后伤口Ⅰ期愈合 43例 ,2例下颌前庭沟切口部分裂开 ,经过冲洗换药延期愈合。X线摄影显示 45例骨折复位固定良好 ,咬合关系良好 44例 ,1例骨折线处牙齿早接触经调和后恢复。营养良好 ,无体重明显下降。术后 6个月张口度均在 3 0cm以上 ,面部外型基本对称 ,张口型无明显偏斜。结论 :小型钛板内固定是治疗下颌骨骨折的一种较好方法 ,有利于患者咀嚼功能和全身状况的恢复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of fracture of mandible by using mini-titan plate in 45 cases. Methods: 45 cases with fracture of mandible were treated by using mini-titan plate. Wound healing, occluding relation, the degree of mouth opening, the form of mouth opeining and body weight and so on were observed in 45 cases after surgery. Results: 43 cases were primary healing. 2 cases treated by douche dressing were delayed healing because of vestibular groove part dehiscence of mandible. X-ray showed that the redution and fixation of fracture were well after surgery in 45 cases. Occluding relation was well in 44 cases. 1 case had tooth premature contact on the fracture line and was recovered by adjustment. All degree of mouth opening was above 3.0 cm in 6 months after surgery without predominant oral shape deflexion and body weight loss. Conclusion: It’s a better method to treat fracture of mandible by internal fixation using mini-titan plate and is benefit to the early recovery of chewing function.更多还原
