【摘要】 目的 :分析副鼻窦病变 CT扫描轴位片与冠状位片的优劣 ,探讨鼻窦扫描方法的最佳选择。方法 :分别对随机分组的副鼻窦病变采用轴位加重建 45例 ,冠状位 45例 ,进行扫描 ,对比其对诊断的优越性。结果 :冠状位扫描图像质量及诊断准确率优于轴位扫描。结论 :冠状位扫描是副鼻窦病变的首选扫描方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To select the best scanning method for accessory sinus lesions by comparing the advantages with the disadvantages of CT axial films and coronal films. Methods In the contrast study, CT axial scanning plus reconstruction was performed in 45 randomized cases and so was coronal scanning in 45 randomized cases of accessory sinus lesions. Results The image quality and diagnostic accuracy of CT coronal scan proved superior to those of CT axial scan. Conclusion CT coronal scan is the scanning method of first choice for the diagnosis of accessory sinus lesions.更多还原
