【摘要】 目的研究菊科苍术属植物北苍术 (Atractylodeschinensis(DC .)Koidz)根茎中的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴定为苍术烯内酯丙 ( 1 ) ,汉黄芩素 ( 2 ) ,香草酸 ( 3) ,3,5 二甲氧基 4 羟基苯甲酸 ( 4 )。结论化合物 2为该植物中首次分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical composition of the rhizome of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Results Four compounds were identified as: atractylenolid Ⅲ (1),wogonin (2),4 hydroxy 3 methoxybenzoic acid(3),3,5 dimethoxy 4 hydroxy benzoic acid (4). Conclusions Compound 2 was isolated from Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. for the first time.更多还原
