【摘要】 目的研究吲哚拉新搽剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法镇痛作用试验采用小白鼠扭体法及大白鼠光辐射热甩尾法 ;抗炎作用试验采用鼠耳肿胀法和大白鼠足爪肿胀法。结果吲哚拉新搽剂( 1 5 %)对冰醋酸致小鼠扭体反应数及光幅射大白鼠尾的镇痛作用均优于同体积市售吲哚美辛搽剂 ( 1 0 %) ;对卡拉胶致大鼠足肿胀的抑制作用与吲哚美辛搽剂相似 ,对二甲苯致小白鼠耳肿胀的抗炎作用与吲哚美辛搽剂相当。结论吲哚拉新搽剂具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The anti inflammatory and analgesia effects of indolacin liniment were studied.Methods Analgesia effects of indolacin liniment were investigated by using the writhing method and tail flick latency; and anti inflammatoy effects were studied by using ear swelling in mice and swelling of hind paws in rats.Results By the writhing method and ray radiation method it was found that the analgesia and anti inflammatory effects of indolacin liniment were more significant than the indometacin liniment at the same dose. On the model of carrageenin induced hind paw edema in rats the inhibitation rate of indolacin liniment was similar to that of indometacin. Moreover, the anti inflammatory effect of indolacin was the same as indometacin in the test of hind paw edema reduced from dimethyl benzene. Conclusion Indolacin liniment has stronger anti inflammatory and analgesia effects.更多还原
