试论高校兴办高科技企业的必要性和可行性

【摘要】 高科技企业是实现"科学技术是第一生产力"的重要途径。本文论述了高校兴办高科技企业的必要性、可行性及其意义。
【Abstract】 High scientific and technological industry is the important way to accomplish"science and technology as the first productive forces."This paper tries to analyze the necessity,feasibility and significance of establishing high scientific and technological enterprises at colleges and universities.
