【摘要】 目的　研究Bax在子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化S -P法检测Bax在 10例正常增生期子宫内膜、10例子宫内膜不典型增生、5 8例子宫内膜腺癌中的表达 ,并分析Bax与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理指标的关系。结果　Bax蛋白在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生和子宫内膜腺癌中均呈阳性表达 ,表达强度渐增 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。在子宫内膜腺癌中Bax的表达强度与临床分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移均显著相关 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ,临床分期晚、分化程度低及淋巴结有转移者Bax呈高表达。与肌层浸润无关。结论　Bax在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用 ,Bax蛋白的检测对子宫内膜腺癌的诊断、恶性程度的判定、预后判断可提供有效的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the gene expression of Bax on oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression level of Bax was detected with the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 10 cases of normal endometrium, 10 cases of uterus atypical hyperplasia endometrium and 58 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results All expressions of Bax in normal, atypical hyperplasia endometrium and carcinoma were positive, the staining intensity increased progressively with significant difference ( P <0.05).Bax expression in carcinoma was associated with clinical stage, histologic grade, lymph node metastases ( P <0.05), while no significant difference was detected in different myometrial invasions.Conclusion The experiment suggests that Bax plays a role in oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Detection of the gene protein has positive effect on diagnosis, malignancy determination, prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.更多还原
