【摘要】 目的　探讨E -钙粘蛋白和α ,β -连环蛋白在涎腺腺癌中的表达程度。 方法　收集 2 5例原发于涎腺腺癌的石蜡标本 ,采用免疫组化方法 (SP法 )检测分析E -钙粘蛋白及其连接蛋白α ,β -连环蛋白在肿瘤细胞中的表达。结果　E -钙粘蛋白与α ,β -连环蛋白在正常涎腺组织中有正常表达 ,而在涎腺腺癌中则是不均匀表达 ,甚至失表达 ,高分化腺癌组与中、低分化腺癌组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　E -钙粘蛋白与α ,β -连环蛋白在涎腺腺癌中存在异常表达 ,并与腺癌的病理分级有关 ,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移和复发有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 purpose To explore the expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin and β-catenin in adenocarcinoma of salivary gland.Methods Immunohistochemistry(S-P method) was used to examined the expressions of E-cad, α,β-cat in normal tissue and adenocarcinoma of salivary gland.Results E-cad and α?β-cat were uniformly expressed in normal salivary gland but lower and loss expression were observed in adenocarcinoma. A significant difference of expression was seen between well and poor-differentiated adenocarcinoma.Conclusions There is abnormal expression of E-cad and α,β-cat in adenocarcinoma of salivary gland. Aberrant expression of E-cad and α,β-cat in adenocarcinoma of salivary gland may play roles in invasion,metastasis and relapse of adenocarcinoma of salivary gland.更多还原
