神经导航系统在显微外科中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨神经导航系统在颅脑显微外科手术中的应用。方法 运用Stealthstation神经导航设备对 37例脑实质深部肿瘤患者进行导航引导下手术 ,术中对导航的精确度进行监测。结果 病灶全切除 2 5例 (6 7.5 7%) ,次全切除 9例 (2 4.32 %) ,大部分切除 2例 (5 .41%) ,部分切除 1例 (2 .7%) ,无手术死亡。导航引导的注册精度误差平均为 2 .5± 0 .9mm。结论 在颅脑显微手术中运用神经导航技术可以准确定位颅内深部微小病变 ,精确性高 ,术后并发症少 ,提高了手术的成功率与患者的生存质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the application of neuronavigation in crania-cerebral microsurgical operations.Methods Microneurosurgical operations supported by the Stealthstation navigation device were performed on 45 patients with intracranial lesions. Three re-registration points created by using drilling on the skull around the bone window were used for checking intraoperative sustained accuracy.Results Total removal of the lesions was performed in 25 cases,comprising 67.57%; subtotal removal on 9cases, comprising 24.32%; greater part removal in 2 cases, comprising 5.41% and part removal in 1 case, comprising 2.7%. The registered precision error of the navigation was 2.5±0.9mm.Conclusions The application of navigation technique in microneurosurgery can resect deep and puny intracranial lesions, reducing complications in operation and enhancing patients’ life qualily.
