【摘要】 目的　研究基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP - 9)及其组织抑制剂 (TIMP - 1)在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌临床病理特征间的关系。方法　用免疫组化SP法检测 40例胃癌组织中MMP - 9、TIMP - 1的表达。结果　MMP - 9在 40例胃癌中阳性表达 2 9例 (72 .5 % ) ,其表达增高与胃癌低分化组织类型及淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;TIMP - 1阳性表达 19例 (4 7.5 % ) ,其表达增高与胃癌淋巴结、远处转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　MMP - 9、TIMP- 1高表达提示胃癌有较高的恶性生物学行为 ,TIMP - 1有可能成为评价胃癌恶性生物学行为的独立性指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),its native tissue inhibitor(TIMP-1)in gastric carcinoma,and analysis the relationship berween their expression and the clinicopathologic features of gastric carcinoma.Methods Forty specimens resected from patients with primany gastric carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemical SP method using monoclonal antibodies to MMP-9 and TIMP-1.Results Among 40 cases,29 cases were MMP-9 positive(72.5%);19 cases were TIMP-1 positive(47.5%).The overexpression of MMP-9 was correlated to higher lymph node metastasis( P <0.01)and poorer differtiation( P <0.05);the enhanced expression of TIMP-1 was associated with lymph node involvement,distant metastasis and serosa infiltration( P <0.05).Conclusions Our findings suggest that the overexpression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 be able to indicate the malignant biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma. TIMP-1 may prove to be a useful marker for determining the biologic aggressiveness of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
