【摘要】 目的　探讨不可逆正神经高位损伤的治疗方法和效果。方法　对 1975年 12月至 1996年 10月间采用桡侧腕长伸肌代拇长屈肌 ;示指指深屈肌切断 ,远端编入环指指深屈肌 ;小指展肌移位 ,恢复对掌功能的方法 ,治疗正中神经高位损伤的 11例病人 ,其中 9例获随访。结果　随访 9例病人效果满意。结论　肌腱移位治疗不可逆正中神经高位损伤的一种有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative method and effect of median nerve irreversible injury on high level.Methods From 1975～1996,11 cases of median nerve injury on high level were treated to reconstruct the opponent pollex by replacing flexor pollicis longus with extensor carpiradialis longus;section of index flexor digitorum profundus and kintting its distal part into flexor digitorum profundus of ring;transfer of abductor digiti minimi.9 cases were followed up.Results Following up outcome of 9 cases was satisfactory.Conclusion Tendon transfer is a valid method in the treatment of median nerve irreversible injury on high level.更多还原
