【Abstract】 As an important component of Dr. Sun Yat sen’s "Three Principles of the People", the Principle of Democracy, on the basis of referring to China’s traditional politics and culture, and through analyzing the political systems of Western capitalist countries and the actual situation of China, brought out in a relatively complete way the early mode of development of China’s political modernization, and thus made important contribution both in theory and in practice to the development of China’s political modernization.We can say that the bringing out of such a theory has the significance of laying a cornerstone for China’s politics to advance from traditional mode to modernization.更多还原
