垂直井筒井液携砂流动规律研究及其在油井生产中的应用
The Flowing Rules of Sand Carrying Well Fluid in Vertical Wellbores and its Application in Oil Production
【摘要】 借助自建的实验装置 ,研究了油井出砂砂粒在流体中的沉降规律 ,以此为基础提出了井液携砂能力计算模型 ,然后将这一研究结果与常规有杆泵抽油井生产参数设计方法相结合 ,提出了有杆泵抽油系统在携砂生产条件下的参数设计方法 .
【Abstract】 The precipitation rules of sand grains in the well fluid are studied in laboratory, and a mathematical model for predicting the sand carrying capability of well fluid is suggested on the basis of experimental results. By combining with the old design method of rod pumping wells, an improved method for designing the rod pumping system in sand producing wells is presented.
