三维形状检测中的参数标定研究
Research on the Calibration of Parameters in 3D Topography Measurement
【摘要】 应用投影栅线法在现场检测三维物体的形状时 ,参数标定是影响测量精度最重要的一个因素 .本文研究了三维形状检测过程中的参数标定问题 ,并应用傅里叶位相解调技术处理实验数据 .提出了坐标系统及几何参数的标定技术 ,推导出考虑栅线节距变化的计算公式 .给出了部分实验结果 ,并讨论了测试精度
【Abstract】 In projected grating method used for measuring 3D surface topography, parameter calibration is the most important factor which affects the measurement precision. In this paper, the technique for calibrating parameters in 3D topography measurement is researched and FFT phase demodulation is suggested to process the experimental data. The calibration method for the coordinate system and geometry parameters is provided. The formulas that consider the variation of grate period are deduced. Experimental results are given and experimental precision is discussed.
