苯和乙烯液相烷基化生产乙苯技术的工业应用

【摘要】 介绍了石油化工科学研究院开发的苯和乙烯液相烷基化生产乙苯催化剂及工艺在燕化公司化工一厂苯乙烯装置上的工业应用。结果表明:烷基化和烷基转移催化剂均具有良好的活性、选择性和稳定性,反应的乙苯选择性大于86.5%,乙基化选择性接近100%,乙烯转化率为100%,烷基转移反应的乙苯和多乙苯转化率均在79%以上,乙苯选择性接近100%。该工艺流程简单,操作方便,乙苯产品质量好,收率高。与三氯化铝法相比,该工艺无特殊的三废处理问题,属清洁工艺。

【Abstract】 The industrial application of a new process and catalysts developed by Research In-stitute of Petroleum Processing for benzene alkylation with ethylene in liquid phase was carried on the styrene unit in Yanshan Petrochemical Company. The result showed that both alkylation and transalky-lation catalysts possessed good activity, selectivity and stability. In alkylation reaction, the ethyl-ben-zene selectivity was higher than 86.5%;the ethylation selectivity was approximately 100%;and the ethylene conversion was 100%. In transalkylation reaction, both ethyl-benzene and multi-ethyl-benzene conversions were more than 79%; and ethyl-benzene selectivity was near 100%. The process has the advantages of simple flow scheme, convenient operation and high quality and high yield of ethyl-benzene product. The said process is different from the AlCl3 process, it is a clean process which does not need any special wastes treatment.
