硫醇基硫代磷酸辛酯的合成及其缓蚀性能研究
SYNTHESIS OF THIOPHOSPHATE AND STUDY ON ITS INHIBITION PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 在实验室以辛醇和P2S5(配比为4~2:1)等为原料,在100~170℃反应约5h合成了一种新型抗环烷酸腐蚀的硫醇基硫代磷酸辛酯缓蚀剂。试验结果表明,辛醇含量越低,产物中双硫醇基硫代磷酸单辛酯的含量越高,缓蚀效果越好;反应温度较高时,产物的产率较高;在270~280℃或340~350℃温度范围内,合成产物有较好的抗环烷酸缓蚀作用,当其加入量为1000mg/L时,缓蚀效率可达95%以上。
【Abstract】 Octanol and P2S5 with a ratio range of 4:1 to 2:1 were synthesized at 100-170℃, 5h for preparing a new naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitor, thiophospate. The laboratory evaluation result showed that the lower the octanol content resulted in higher content of thiophosphate in the product and the better the corrosion inhibi-tion effect; and the higher the reaction temperature, the higher the product yield. The product synthesized under the reaction temperature range of 270 - 280℃ or 340-350℃ exhibited better naphthenic acid corrosion inhibition, the corrosion inhibition efficiency could reach more than 95% at a dosage of 1000mg/L.
