【摘要】 目的 :观察口腔综合防治措施对正畸儿童龋病的作用。方法 :以 5 6名 12～ 16岁的正畸患者为观察对象 ,观察矫治前、矫治后半年及 1年的龋指数、变形链球菌计数、乳酸杆菌计数的改变。实验组采用口腔综合保健措施。结果 :实验组的变形链球菌计数、乳酸杆菌计数明显低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 ;实验组无新龋发生 ,对照组龋均比实验组有所上升 ,但两组之间无统计学上的差异。结论 :正畸治疗患者龋病通过口腔综合防治措施是可以治疗和预防更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of comprehensive oral health care on caries in patients with orthodontic treatment. Methods: 56 patients aged 12～16 years were given orthodontic treatment, 28 of them were instructed to have comprehensive oral health care including mouth washing, tooth brashing and application of fissue sealant, another 28 were served as the controls. Decayed, missing or filled teeth index(DMF index), Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus in saliva were examined before and 1 year after treatment. Results: The number of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus in the tested subjects was much lower than that in the controls (P>0.01). The new caries did not occur in the test group. DMF index was higher in the controls than that in the tested subjects(P<0.05). Conclusion: The caries in patients with orthodontic treatment may be prevented by comprehensive oral health care.更多还原
