透明发光电热膜光热特性的实验研究

【摘要】 在试验的基础上研究和讨论了一种新型电热膜即透明发光电热膜的电学和光学特性 .结果表明 ,锑掺杂量对透明电致发热层的方块电阻影响很大 ,当锑掺杂量较小时 ,方块电阻随锑掺杂量的增大而减小 ,并呈现负温度特性 ;当锑掺杂量较大时 ,方块电阻随锑掺杂量的增大而增大 ,并呈现正温度特性 .该透明电致发热层在可见光区的平均透射率在 80 %以上 .电致发光薄膜发光光谱为 5 0 0~ 6 0 0nm ,谱峰位于 5 85nm处 ,发光亮度随电压的升高不断增强 ,并在高电压区趋于饱和

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type of transparent thin films of electroluminescence and electric heating device are discussed. The characteristics of electric and optic of this device are studied on the basis of experiments. The results show that the Sb contents have great effect on the special properties of the films. When the Sb contents are little, the square resistance reduces with the Sb contents increasing, and the resistance temperature characteristics take on negative temperature characteristic. When Sb contents are above a special quantity, the square resistance increases with the Sb contents increasing, and the resistance-temperature characteristics display positive temperature characteristic. And the visible transmission of the film is higher than 80%. The electroluminescent spectra are between 500?nm~600?nm and the peak is located at the point of 585?nm. The brightness grows as the voltage increases and it will stop growing when the voltage is too high..
