【摘要】 目的 探讨利多卡因、地西泮及心理疏导联合应用在人工流产中的镇痛效果。方法 利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉,地西泮口服镇静及心理疏导。 结果 宫颈松驰度用药组为90.2%(46/51),对照组为25.7%(9/35),无症状和轻度腹痛用药组为92.2%(47/51),对照组为14.3%(5/35),2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。 结论 利多卡因、地西泮及心理疏导联合应用在人工流产中有较好的镇痛效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lidocaine, diazepamum and psychological therapy used for analgesia in artificial abortion. Methods Lidocaine-uterocervica-injection, diazepamum oral and psychological therapy were performed before operation of induced abortion. Results The effect rate of cervical dilatataion was 90. 2 % (46/51) ,and painless and slight pain in artificial abortion was 92.2% (47/51). Conclusion Lido caine, diazepamum and psychological therapy is beneficial for analgesia, it can bewidely uesd in abortion.更多还原
