油管杆状磨损缺陷的建模与定量检测
Modelling and quantitative inspection of rod-shaped wear in oil well tubing
【摘要】 针对油管存在损伤而缺乏有效检测和评判手段的现实 ,研究了杆状磨损缺陷的建模方法和杆状磨损缺陷的定量检测方法。根据杆状磨损缺陷的特点 ,建立了杆状磨损缺陷的槽深与被磨损的油管截面积之间关系的数学模型。采用漏磁通法对杆状磨损缺陷进行定量检测 ,给出了霍尔传感器的输出电压与被测油管的剩余平均截面积之间关系的线性化数学模型。大量的实验室测试结果和工业现场试验结果表明 ,基于漏磁通法的检测系统可实现杆状磨损缺陷的定量检测 ,检测系统对杆状磨损缺陷的定性检出率为 10 0 % ,杆状磨损缺陷的槽深定量检测精度为 0 5mm。
【Abstract】 In the light of the status that there exists faults in oil well tubing and there are no effective inspection and evaluation means, the modelling and quantitative inspection methods of rod-shaped wear are studied in detail. The mathematical model of rod-shaped wear, which describes the relationship between the depth of rod-shaped wear and wore cross-sectional area of oil well tubing, is established according to the characteristics of rod-shaped wear. And the linear mathematical model describing the relationship between the sensor output and the residual average cross-sectional area of oil well tubing is also presented. Plenty of laboratory and field tests were completed. The results show that the magnetic flux leakage-based quantitative inspection system can realize accurate inspection and quantitative evaluation of rod-shaped wear, and all the rod-shaped wear defects in the tubing were successfully detected. And the accuarcy of the detection reaches 0.5 mm.
