海洋钢结构裂纹危害性的综合评估
Comprehensive assessment on risk of cracks of offshore steel structure
【摘要】 采用模糊评判方法对海洋钢结构裂纹危害性进行综合评估的主要流程包括对危害性的分级、确定因素集、确定权重集、危害性单因素评判和危害性的综合评判等 5个方面 ,给出了各流程的计算公式。对结构的安全余量的评定可采用确定性评估、可靠性评估和风险评估等 3种不同的评估方法 ,分别给出了各方法的计算公式。
【Abstract】 A fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is used for assessment on risk of cracks of offshore steel structure. The assessing procedures include classifying risk of cracks, certain factors collection, certain weightiness collection, single factor judgment and comprehensive judgment of risk, and calculating equations for each proceduce are presented. 3 different methods, deterministic method, reliability and risk assessment, can be used to judge safety margin of the offshore structure, and the related calculating equations are presented.
