径向水平井转向器轨迹优化设计
Optimal design of trajectory of whipstock in radial horizontal holes.
【摘要】 为了降低径向水平井转向器对柔性钻柱的阻力 ,对转向器的轨迹参数进行了优化设计。根据经验公式 ,建立了转向器轨迹参数优化设计的数学模型 ,并采用内点惩罚函数法处理和运算 ,得出转向器轨迹最优设计参数 :α =2 5 5° ,R =349 9mm ,δ =- 1 4mm ,对应转向器最小阻力Fz=6 1975kN。考虑到摩擦阻力的存在 ,对阻力公式进行了修正 ,修正系数kz 取 1 5~ 1 8,从而预测出优化后的转向器实际阻力Fsz在 9 2 96 3~ 11 15 5 5kN之间
【Abstract】 To decrease the resistance of whipstock in a radial horizontal hole on the flexible drill stem, the trajectory data of the whipstock is optimized. Based on the empirical formula, a mathematical model for the optimal design of the trajectory data is established. By using the interior point method, the optimal parameters of the trajectory are obtained: α =25.5°, R =349.9mm, δ =-1.4mm, minimum resistance of whipstock F z=6.1975kN. In consideration of the existence of friction resistance, the resistance equation is corrected with a correction factor of 1.5~1.8. Therefore the actual resistance of the whipstock can be predicted as 9.2963~11.1555kN.
