【摘要】 目的:探讨更昔洛韦在儿童水痘治疗中的临床疗效。方法:治疗组用更昔洛韦静脉点滴,5～7mg/(kg·d);对照组用病毒唑静脉点滴,10～15mg/(kg·d);同时两组均给予维生素C 2.0g静脉点滴,口服板蓝根冲剂,龙胆紫溶液外用;疗程均为4天。结果:治疗组的止疱时间、结痂时间、退热时间、痊愈时间、全病程时间分别为1.6±0.4天、2.0±0.3天、0.9±0.5天、4.3±0.8天、5.6±0.6天。而用病毒唑治疗,则分别为3.4±0.5天、4.2±0.8天、1.1±0.3天、6.3±0.9天、7.6±0.3天,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:静脉点滴更昔洛韦治疗小儿水痘具有显著的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of ganciclovir in the treatment of children with varicella. Methods: Intravenous dripping 2g of Vit. C, oral intake of Bang - Lan - Gen granules and topical application of gentian violet solution were given to each patient. In addition, 5 - 7mg/kg of ganciclovir dripping intravenously qd was given to patients of treatment group for 4 days and 10 - 15mg/kg of ribavirin dripping intravenously qd was done to patients of control group for 4 days. Results:The time of stopping eruption, the time of crust formation, the time of abatement offerer, the time of cure and the duration of disease of the patients of ganciclovir group were 1.6 ±0.4,2. 0 ±0. 3 , 0. 9 ±0. 5, 4. 3 ±0. 8 and 5. 6 ±0. 6 days respectively; while those of the patients of ribavirin group were 3.4 ±0.5, 4.2±0. 8 , 1.1 ±0. 3 , 6. 3 ±0.9 and 7.6 ±0. 3 days respectively. The differences between the 2 groups were significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of ganciclovir in the treatment of children with varicella is fairly good.更多还原
