用计算机求解一种新型抽油机平衡的方法研究
Research on Method of Solving Balance in a New Type Pumping Jack by Computer
【摘要】 如何提高抽油机精确平衡效果 ,达到节电和提高抽油机运动平衡性与使用寿命 ;如何解决抽油机能耗大、效率低 ,是抽油机研制过程中面临的主要问题。提出了对抽油机联机配对的使用方法 ,并作了详尽的理论分析 ,通过计算机求解 ,并给出曲柄净扭矩曲线图 ,同时与异相型游梁式抽油机和常规型游梁式抽油机比较 ,进行联机配对抽油机的平衡研究。从曲柄净扭矩曲线上看 ,基本消除了负扭矩 ,减少了抽油机曲柄轴净扭矩峰值 ,降低了电动机的容量 ,减小了成本 ,解决了游梁式抽油机能耗大、效率低的问题 ,实现了能量的正向传递 ,降低了曲柄净扭矩的峰值 ,达到减小能耗提高效率的目的 ,改善了抽油机的工作状况
【Abstract】 The main problems in research and design pumping jacks are: how to adjust pumping jacks balance effect in order to save energy and improve its balance and longevity and how to solve the problem of high depletion and low efficiency. It advanced the method of joint and partnership between two pumping jacks and fully analyzed it. Torque diagram of brace-shaft was shown, according to the balance of the joint and partnership between two pumping jacks by computer, comparing with beam pumping units of out-of-phase and routine, the displacement. After researching the graphs, a conclusion can be reached: negative torque could be diminished basically, peak value of torque decreased, capacity of electromotor lowered and cost decreased and the disadvantages of beam pumping jack, such as high depletion and low efficiency, could be solved. Thus, this can realize direct transmission of energy, decrease maximum of torsional moment and loss of energy, and improve the efficiency so that pumping jacks’ work-condition can be improved.
