重柴油低温催化裂化催化剂的研究
Catalytic Cracking Catalyzer of Heavy Diesel Oil at Low Temperature
【摘要】 以石油三厂的常三线油和直馏汽油为混合油料 ,采用不同类型催化剂 ,在较低温度下催化裂化 ,生产低凝点柴油、液化气及高辛烷值汽油。结果表明 ,采用自制ZSM - 5催化剂 ,汽油 -重柴油混合物料配比为 1∶1.5(质量比 ) ,反应温度为 35 0℃时 ,气体产率为 36 .5 3% ,汽油产率为 36 .73% ,苯胺点为 2 0 .6℃ ,柴油产率为 2 2 .75 % ,凝点可达 - 2 2 .5℃ ;在相同的操作条件下 ,同商业用HZSM - 5、NaZSM - 5催化剂比较 ,气体产率和柴油产率有所提高 ,柴油凝点分别降低了 10 .5℃、2 5 .5℃ ,汽油的辛烷值得到大幅度提高。可以看出 ,自制ZSM - 5催化剂能增加气体和柴油产率 ,降低柴油凝点 ,而汽油的辛烷值得到提高 ,同时催化裂化温度比同类型催化剂都低
【Abstract】 With different types of catalyzer, low solidifying point diesel oil, LPG and high-octane petrol can be produced by catalytic cracking at low temperature with No.3 refinery’s the third ordinary press oil and strait gasoline as mixed oil. The results show that by using self-made ZSM-5 catalyzer, at the temperature 350 ℃, with the mass ratio 1∶1.5 between gasoline and heavy diesel oil, the gas yields could be 36.53%, gasoline yields 36.73%, diesel oil yields 22.75%, aniline point of gasoline 20.6 ℃, solidifying point of diesel oil can reach up to-22.5 ℃ respectively. Compared with commercial HZSM-5 catalyzer, the gas and diesel oil yields slightly increase, solidifying point of diesel oil decreases by 10.5 ℃ and 25.5 ℃ and octane number of gasoline greatly increases under the same operation conditions. It can be concluded that by employing self-made ZSM-5 catalyzer, gas yields and octane number of gasoline can increase whereas solidifying point of diesel oil decreases; furthermore, the catalytic cracking temperature is lower than that by employing the other catalyzer of the same type.
