【Abstract】 Application of technical economical evaluation in engineering projects,especially in international projects,gains more and more importance as state -owned enterprises enter into market economy.Scientific and reasonable technical and economical evaluation of international projects forms the basis of project feasibility study.Through technical and economical evaluation of the top-drive service project in Sudan,this paper presents an economic evaluation procedure of international projects that can guide project operation.更多还原
