【摘要】 目的　探讨浅静脉留置针保护膜最佳更换时间。方法　将使用留置针患者随机分为A、B 2组 ,A组视保护膜污染状况随时更换 ,B组保护膜更换 1次 /d。结果　A组平均留置时间 80 .2 4h ,明显长于B组 5 6 .4 3h(t=2 .2 14 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;A组总更换保护膜次数 31次 (平均 5 .9d更换 1次 ) ,明显少于B组 134次 ;A组出现脱出、肿胀 2 5例 ,明显少于B组 39例 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A组静脉炎发生率与B组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　根据污染状况随时更换保护膜 ,既减少保护膜的更换次数和脱出、肿胀的发生 ,又延长置管时间 ,从而大大提高工作效率 ,同时减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the best time to change the adhesive membrane of the superficial vein catheter.Methods\ The patients who have superficial vein catheter systems are randomized into two groups A and B.When the adhesive membrane is dirty,we change it immediately in the A groups.And change it one time a day in the B groups.Results\ It is obvious that the average staying time of the superficial vein catheter in the A group(80.24h) is longer than the B group( 56.43 h )(P<0.05).The A group (31) is less than the B group (134) by the total changing times .The A group (25) is less than the B group (39) by the rate of emerging,swelling (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between A group and B group by the rate of the phlebitis(P>0.05).Conclusions\ It can decrease the times of change and rate of the emerging,swelling,and prolong the staying time of the catheter that we change the adhesive membrane of the superficial vein catheter when it is dirty.So can increase the efficiency and decrease the pains and economic burden of the patients.更多还原
