【摘要】 目的　探讨血液回收时安放贮血器的高度是否与患者出现血红蛋白尿有关系。方法　对 31例非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥手术患者随机分为A、B 2组 ,A组即在血液回收中贮血器安放低于手术台 10cm ;B组即将贮血器安放高于手术台 10cm。结果　A、B 2组患者在各输入 10 0 0ml自体血后 ,尿液颜色出现显著性差异 ,B组患者中出现血红蛋白尿的例数明显多于A组患者。结论　血液回收时将贮血器安放低于手术台 10cm ,可有效减少红细胞的受损程度 ,从而降低患者出现血红蛋白尿的发生率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The height of emplacing the blood-storing utensil is relative to the coming out of the patients’s blood albuminuria. Methods The patients undergoing coronary artery bypass without extracorporeal circulation divided into two groups:A and B.To A group,the blood-collecting utensil 10 cm below the operating table, and B group 10 cm above the operating table.Results There were the rate remarkable differences was placed in the colors of the urine in the two groups after both the groups were infused with 1 000 ml of their own blood.Blood albuminuria in A group is obviously higher than that in B group.Conclusions Placement of the blood-collecting utensil 10 cm below the operating table when blood recollecting can efficiently reduce the degree of red-cell damage,reducing the incidence of blood albuminuria.更多还原
