活性氧化铝载体的扩孔研究
Study on Enlarging Pore of Active Alumina
【摘要】 开发出一种制备催化剂载体的新工艺:由铝盐与氨水中和,并用中等强度酸对所得滤饼进行胶溶,然后加入扩孔剂,再经过油柱成型。所制备的载体为球形γ-Al2O3,比表面积约为150~220m2/g,孔体积不小于1 3ml/g,颗粒压碎强度10~20N,堆密度小于0 32g/ml。由此载体制备的长链烷烃脱氢催化剂的催化活性与国外同类产品非常接近,脱氢转化率略高于国外同类产品,达到20 34%,应用前景很好。
【Abstract】 A new preparation process of catalyst support for dehydrogenation of long-chain paraffin was deve loped by neutralizing aluminous salt with ammonia,peptizing the filter cake with medium acid,and then moulding in an oil column. The support was spherical γ-Al 2O 3 with specific surface of 150~220 m 2/g,pore volume of >1 3 ml/g,particle crushing strength of 10~20 N,and specific gravity of <0 32 g/ml. Activity of the catalyst obtained from the support for dehydrogenation of long-chain paraffin was close to that of foreign sample. Compared with foreign products,conversion of the catalyst was higher,reaching 20 34%;the selectivity,howeves,was lower by 0 01%.
