S-P薄膜强度与韧性的提高及原理初探
Strength and Toughness Improvement of Starch-PVA Film and Principle Discussion
【摘要】 采用溶液法以及分步交联再共混等新方法,制得了高强度、高韧性的淀粉-聚乙烯醇(S-P)薄膜,并用相差显微镜、红外光谱分析及X射线衍射等方法对薄膜的微观形态及结构进行了表征。结果表明,本方法可以改善共混体系的相容性和结晶性,同时还可以提高薄膜的交联度,为S-P薄膜的应用提供了新途径。
【Abstract】 Starch/poly(vinyl alcohol) film with high tensile strength and toughness was prepared via stepwise crosslinking and solution blending.Phase contrast light microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X ray diffraction were applied to analyze the microscopic morphology and structure of the film.Results show that the new preparation method can considerably improve miscibility and crystallinity of the blends and increase the crosslinking degree of the film,providing a new application of S-P film.
