微波辐射合成酚醛树脂
Synthesis of Bakelite under Microwave Radiation
【摘要】 以苯酚和甲醛为原料 ,在碱性条件下用微波加热法合成甲阶酚醛树脂 ,获得最佳反应条件为 :苯酚与甲醛物质的量比为 1∶1 7;反应时间 5 60~ 60 0s;pH控制在 9左右 ;游离酚质量分数低于 1%。实验方法简单 ,单体转化率高 ,反应基本完全。
【Abstract】 This article described a new method for synthesizing A-stage phenol formaldehyde resin by heating phenol and formaldehyde in a microwave heater.Compared with the traditional method,reaction time was shortened from 2~4 hours to 8~10 minutes;free phenol content was lowered from 2%~5% to below 1%.The optimum conditions for the reaction were:molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde,1∶1 7;reaction time,560~600 s; pH value circa 9 and power of microwave heater 500W.The method was simple,the conversion of monomers was high and the reaction was basically complete.
