【Abstract】 In view of the expansion of enterprise, this paper probes into its establishment, development, and changing tendency, studies several main forms of organizational structure of enterprise and their respective strong and weak points appeared in the course of gradual progress. It is pointed out that the organizational structure of enterprise is changing along the direction from rigid to flexible and from pyramidal to forest type, and the business organization is developing from regular to group and delicate type, too.更多还原
