【摘要】 根据鼓形直齿圆柱齿轮的结构特点 ,介绍了在铣床上加工鼓形直齿圆柱齿轮的工作原理 ,即利用铣床上回转工作台的回转运动 (进给运动 )和分度头分齿运动的合成 ,在立式铣床上加工齿轮联轴上的鼓形齿 ,同时阐述了工装刀具安装与调整、工件装夹、切削参数选择、工件检测等工艺过程 ,创建了鼓形直齿圆柱齿轮的铣齿工艺更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the structure and size of drum straight tooth cylindrical gear. The working principle of gear milling by using milling machine are provided, i.e. using the resultant motion of turning motion(feed motion) of rotary table and indexing motion of index head combined with gear contour machining principle.Tool installation & adjustment, cutting parameter selected, workpiece inspection are expounded.
