650轧钢机机械性能参数在线监控的研究

【摘要】 使用STD工业控制计算机,建立一套用于650轧机的间接监控及诊断系统.并首次实现了大型轧机力能参数的间接监测,从理论上得到并论证了间接数学模型的建立机理.通过实测轧钢机的力能参数和轧钢机拖动电机的参数(电流、电压、转数)进行同步拟合,进而建立轧钢机力能参数监控模型;以保证监控系统所测监控参数的精度.

【Abstract】 The study of this paper is based on setting up an indirect monitoring and diagnosis system, by using STD industrial control computer,which is featured of fast speed and high precision of sample collecting,as the master computer to derive and testify the formation mechanism of indirect monitoring mathematic model from theoretical foundation , to try to get a mathematic model to represent engineering practice further. It gives out regression revising coefficient of tested mechanical energy parameter correspondent with the change of the rotative velocity of master electric motor for the monitoring model of the collision moment made by the steel mill in feeding stage to guarantee the precision of monitored parameter made by monitoring system.
