微生物絮凝剂的研究进展
PROGRESS OF RESEARCH ON MICROBIAL FLOCCULENT
【摘要】 微生物絮凝剂是由微生物产生的有絮凝活性的代谢产物 ,广泛应用于污水处理及工业分离过程 ,其性能优于无机絮凝剂和有机高分子絮凝剂。概述了国内外微生物絮凝剂的研究现状 ,重点介绍了近期发现的性能优良的絮凝剂产生菌———芽孢杆菌和假单胞菌培养基的组成和培养条件 ,评述了国内外研究微生物絮凝剂所采用的方法步骤 ,并提出了目前微生物絮凝剂研究中存在的问题 ,预测了微生物絮凝剂的应用市场及今后的研究方向
【Abstract】 Microbial flocculent produced by microbe is widely used to treat wastewater and separation process in industry. Compared with inorganic flocculent and organic macromolecular flocculent,microbial flocculent can be automatically decomposed. The recent research achievements of microbial flocculent are reviewed. The excellent bacillus for producing bioflocculant are mainly Bacillus and Pseudomonas . The media culturing and other culturing conditions are introduced. Meanwhile,the investigation methods for microbial flocculent are emphatically generalized. The present problems in the studies of microbial flocculent are pointed out and the future trends for developing microbial flocculent research are presented.
